General Terms and Conditions for the use of the SecureSight website and services. Please read carefully before using our services.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “T&C”) govern the use of the website securesight.ro and the provision of services offered by SecureSight SRL (hereinafter “SecureSight”, “we” or “the company”).

By accessing the website or using our services, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the provisions herein, please do not use our website or services.

1 Definitions

“Provider” / “SecureSight”: SecureSight SRL, headquartered in Turda, Str. Agriculturii, nr. 23, Cluj County, Romania

“Client” / “User”: any natural or legal person who accesses the site or contracts services

“Site”: the website accessible at securesight.ro and its subpages

“Services”: all services offered by SecureSight (security systems, IT, construction, tutoring, business consulting)

“Contract”: the agreement concluded between SecureSight and the Client for the provision of services

3 Website Usage

✅ You are allowed to:

  • Browse and view the website content for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Request information about our services
  • Submit contact forms or appointment requests

❌ It is forbidden to:

  • Copy, reproduce or distribute the website content without permission
  • Use the content for commercial purposes without our written consent
  • Attempt to access restricted areas or disrupt the functioning of the site
  • Transmit malware, viruses or harmful content
  • Provide false information or misrepresent yourself

5 Contracting Process

Request a Quote

The client contacts SecureSight via form, email or phone to request a quote.

Assessment and Quote

SecureSight assesses the client’s needs and sends a personalized price quote.

Acceptance and Contract

If the offer is accepted, a written contract is concluded detailing the services, prices, deadlines and conditions.

Service Delivery

SecureSight provides the service according to the contract specifications.

Completion and Warranty

After completion, the client receives the handover report and technical documentation. Warranty is granted as per the contract.

6 Prices and Payment Methods

💰 Prices

  • Prices are customized according to project complexity
  • All prices include VAT (if applicable)
  • Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from issuance
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice

💳 Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer: to the details on the invoice
  • Cash: at the company headquarters or project location
  • Bank card: for certain services (upon request)

Payment terms: The advance and payment method are established in the contract (usually 50% advance, 50% upon completion for large projects).

7 Cancellation and Refund Policy

📅 Cancellation before work begins

The client may cancel the contract before the actual start of the works under the following conditions:

  • More than 48h before: 100% refund of the advance
  • 24-48h before: 50% refund of the advance (50% retained for administrative costs)
  • Less than 24h: no refund

🚧 Cancellation after work has started

If the works have started, the client may request cancellation but will pay for the works performed up to the cancellation date plus any costs for materials procured specifically for the project.

🔄 Rescheduling

For services such as tutoring or consulting, rescheduling can be done with at least 24h notice, free of charge (maximum 2 reschedulings per month).

8 Warranties and Complaints

24 months warranty for equipment + 12 months for installation

💻 IT Services

Manufacturer’s warranty for hardware + 6 months for software developed by us

🏗️ Construction

Warranty according to construction norms (min. 12 months for works, 24 months for structure)

📝 Complaint Procedure:

  1. Contact us immediately at 0771 119 882 or SecureSight.cluj@gmail.com
  2. Describe the problem in detail (photos/video help)
  3. We will schedule an inspection within max. 48h (working days)
  4. If the problem is under warranty, we will fix it free of charge within max. 7 working days
  5. You will receive an intervention report and confirmation that the problem has been resolved

9 Limitation of Liability

  • SecureSight is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or consequential damages
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the contracted service
  • We are not responsible for interruptions in the operation of the site caused by external factors (ISP, hosting, cyber attacks)
  • The client is responsible for the information provided and for the correct use of the installed equipment

10 Intellectual Property

All content of the website (texts, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, structure) is the property of SecureSight SRL or our partners and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution of the content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

For websites developed by SecureSight, intellectual property rights over the code and design are transferred to the client after full payment, as specified in the contract.

11 Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by SecureSight’s Privacy Policy, available at: securesight.ro/en/privacy

By using our services, you confirm that you have read and understood how we process your personal data in accordance with GDPR.

12 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform contractual obligations if it is due to a force majeure event, such as:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest
  • Pandemics, epidemics
  • General strikes, transport blockades
  • Major legislative changes
  • Massive power or communication outages

The affected party will notify the other party within 5 days and will take reasonable measures to minimize the impact.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any contract concluded between SecureSight and the client, are governed by Romanian law.

🤝 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the contracts concluded will be resolved amicably between the parties. If this is not possible, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

For consumers: In accordance with EU legislation, consumers have the right to use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available on the European Commission website.

14 Changes to the Terms and Conditions

SecureSight reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the site.

Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Note: Already concluded contracts remain governed by the terms existing at the time of signing, unless the parties agree otherwise through an addendum.
